With curiosity and humor, I create a safe space for you to explore these issues and find solutions. I’ll support you in making the changes you want to make—without worksheets or homework.

My clients have described me as patient, validating and fun. I have special interests in anxiety, work stress, religious trauma, and the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy. I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and I use he/him pronouns.
